Maybe it's just me but I have a problem with the government telling me what I can/cannot eat. Shark fins today and chicken lips tomorrow.

3 yrs ago my son was a senior in high school and the district cut out salt at every level. Needless to say it went over fine for the younger kids, but the well adjusted buds of the older kids hated it. The high school had kids selling salt from a ziplock @ .10 cents a pinch! lol
Ah, the wonderful underground economy...
Hooray! our schools has had a salad bar for quite a few years now. Now I'm trying to get them to incorporate a garden and apple orchard that blends science, health and home ec credits.
